AEG Global Partnerships Launches AdTech Offering

  • AEG Digital Solutions allows brands to target live entertainment fans across the UK before, during and after events
  • Precision targeting, combining proprietary data, owned channels, Meta and Google services, delivers greater campaign and cost effectiveness
  • The new service can be used to turbocharge partnerships or as a standalone service

AEG Global Partnerships has announced a new digital advertising offering – AEG Digital Solutions – which allows brands to close the gap between physical activations and digital interactions.

The sponsorships arm of the world’s largest live entertainment and sport company AEG has created an all-encompassing platform by combining its own channels, including digital screens and AXS apps, with Meta and Google advertising services. Audience targeting on the advanced AdTech platform will be powered by first-party data.

With a current reach of more than four million live entertainment fans across the UK and plans to expand significantly over the next 12 months, AEG Digital Solutions has been designed to offer existing partners and brands access to high-quality audiences. As a standalone service or part of a fully integrated partnership, brands can now connect and reconnect with fans starting at the point of purchase and continuing far beyond the events themselves.

Offering tighter targeting of niche audiences, such as summer festivalgoers or fans of certain artists, the service offers greater cost effectiveness for partners. A pilot campaign with a partner at The O2 delivered a 50% reduction in CPM, and 300% increase in CTR and produced 40% cheaper CPA than standalone campaigns.

Nathan Kosky, Vice President – Europe at AEG Global Partnerships, said: “We are always looking for ways to level-up our offering, and tapping into tech to build on the power of partnerships was the obvious next step. Building on services offered through our proprietary apps and social campaigns, AEG Digital Solutions increases opportunities for full integration with brands’ wider marketing strategies, as well as offering access to niche audiences for all brands, without a partnership prerequisite.”
