
Sarah Mullin
Chief Legal & Development Officer
As Chief Legal & Development Officer for AEG International, Sarah leads AEG’s legal team outside of the Americas, overseeing a broad spectrum of work including real estate development, sponsorship, and the full range of commercial and legal matters relating to live music events, sports content, and venue management. She also serves as Executive Lead of the company’s Women at AEG Employee Network Group.
Sarah joined AEG in 2005 as Legal Counsel and was a key member of the team responsible for the development and launch of The O2 in 2007. She was appointed General Counsel in 2009 and, in 2011, assumed overarching responsibility for AEG International’s legal function.
Prior to joining AEG, Sarah worked on the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic bid team, where she negotiated a wide range of significant commercial agreements, including sponsorship deals and venue hire agreements with proposed host venues. She was a core member of the bid team that successfully brought the Games to London in 2012.
Sarah read law at Durham University and qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 with City law firm Clifford Chance.
